The hosts were fantastic, extremely helpful and kind. The villa wad ideal for our group of 9 people. Super quiet and located in beautiful surroundings.
A very pleasant surprise it exceeded our expectations. We used the hot tub every day after our long walks. We certainly recommend Ivan’s place.

As the only possible little disadvantage might be mentioned the internal stairs. They were a bit less comfortable compared to all the rest of the facilities!
Owners said that this soon will be modified (till spring of 2022).
All issues were noticeable good: cleaniness, utilities, sizes of the rooms etc.
I would underline two increasingly special points: the location is and the kindness of the owners!
There were huge common spaces as the kitchen, the interior terace and the external terace.
The view thorugh the large windows from the in-the-house terace was amazing!

The last 2 km of the trip - the road is really bad.

Nice family who made us feel very welcome. The stay felt like visiting someone’s house. Quiet surroundings. Forest, kettle...
Well equipped kitchen and possibility to buy eggs and milk from nearby houses. The nearby shop sells bread, cheese, tomatoes, macaroni and icecream. The restaurant in Smida Park served two dishes.
Good wifi and 3G network in the common area (but not in the room). GPS worked really well in the area, also on the remote mountain areas.
In Rachitele (ca 30 min drive) there was a nice waterfall and well marked paths to a cliff etc.
We had planned a drive to Padis for hiking and visiting caves, but the road was too bad to go. The road along the Somesul Cald river was also terrible, and the track to the cave was closed when we got there. Other nearby caves and footpaths were shown on the map but not marked, so we couldn’t find them. We recommend going with a guide.
