GREAT STAFF AND HOTEL
8 / 10Excellent·Mar 2026
Staff are very polite, super helpful, and easy-going, loved being surrounded by all the animals (quite the spectacle), the pool is always clean and warm, and the place overall is clean and peaceful; perfect to disconnect. There is no need for hot water becase the water itself is warm.
Transportation to Palenque is very accessible and it is not a difficult place to find. You can easily arrive there by bus (public transport) from the bus terminal.
Food options, besides breakfast, are extremely limited both, at the hotel and nearby. Rooms do not have a fridge but the staff had no issues storing our food in their fridge.
I read complaints about the dogs and cars passing by, personally, I tyhought the AC blocked the noice enough and I could sleep just fine (noice does bother me) but just in case, bring something to block the noise. It is an animal farm so the animals will make noise quite early.
ACs are kind of old but after a bit they cool of well. Just have to give it some time.

Que era una granja con muchos animales, tenia buen wifi y buen aire acondicionado
Habitaciones muy sencillas con falta de mantenimiento, habia dos baños, en uno no funcionaba la cisterna y en otro no funcionaba el grifo del lavabo
