The bedroom is large, with a nice balcony, and kitchen appliances. The location is good for a short walk to the Old City. I was relieved there was parking there, as it is not easy to find parking spots on the street. It was easy to reach the host. There is a great bakery - Good Food - in a 2-minute walk, an excellent breakfast option.
Cleaning can always be improved.

I had standard double room
Very clean, nice, practical set-up
Quiet neighborhood 10 minute walk from Old Town/Marina
Wash bucket and clothes line was nice to have and use
The Bathroom and Kitchenette are outside on the terrace, which was okay.
There is no kitchen sink or kitchen space, but manageable and good enough for my breakfast

The bed was comfortable and the location was very good.
The place was very old. It didn't look like the pictures, we choose it because of the good reviews we saw but to be honest, the first night we arrived, we thought we wouldn't last more than one night (we had 3 nights booked). The first impression is not good at all, but we must admit the place is comfortable and we slept good everyday. It has a smelly mushy smell everywhere but you can get rid of it by opening the windows and putting the AC 20 minutes before sleeping. The bathroom is very old and the shower tub doesn't swallow all the water. It's ok if you only need the apartment to get some sleep. It has a "garden" outside where you can sit and eat your meals, but the tables and the chairs weren't very clean either. Apart from that, our stay was ok.
