Our room was spacious, with plenty of room to move our belongings out of the way. The shower was great - very hot. Efficient air-conditioning, good light blocking curtains, good big TV.
We were disappointed to find the room unserviced when we returned on our second day.
The mini frig was not cold enough to freeze iceblocks. The motel was a longish walk to the river and town centre.
We were provided with only one set of cutlery and only one bowl and plate, which was odd.
The sofa cover was very rumpled when we arrived and needed cleaning.

Location was OK, though a bit out of the town area. But well away from the main road and quiet, except for roosters crowing. Easy to find. Bed was comfortable.
We didn't choose the paid breakfast option. We had our own breakfast food, but - unlike most motels we've stayed in recently - there were no bowls or plates provided, even though there was a toaster.
We were allocated room 14, which didn't have its own car parking space.
