Unlike most hotels in the city, even the upscale ones, the Wi-Fi here worked smoothly without any hassle, allowing me to check company emails, use IMs, and join conference calls just like I would back in the US. Having that seamless overseas connection is a game-changer.
They also offer a decent selection of food options for foreigners, which stands out from most hotels in the neighborhood (I even found some cheese 🧀 options, not a common food for local hotels 😄.)
The room was clean, practical, and had a cozy, "lived-in" feel that is good for longer stays.
A great bonus is the new trendy shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, making it great for shopping, dining, picking up groceries and daily essentials.
Rooms with non-opening windows can feel a bit stuffy, but the hotel staff are very accommodating and will bring in an air purifier upon request.
Guests attending banquets in the lobby could occasionally be noisy.

After 2 weeks of checking out my deposit payment of $501.61 from my card has not been reversed after I was charged additional $363.96 from same card
