Whether you are coming to Kiawah to enjoy the beach, golf, tennis, or just relaxing this property is the perfect spot! This beautiful, centrally located villa in popular Turtle Point community of Kiawah Island has been recently updated with wonderful, modern features and new furnishings. Located on the first floor for ease of access, the villa overlooks the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, is located within walking distance to Kiawah’s Five Star Sanctuary luxury resort and spa, the island's pristine beaches (about 5 min walk), Roy Barth Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Course and Tomasso Italian restaurant. Calming, coastal hues and expansive windows make this charming villa feel open and airy with lots of light. Enjoy stunning golf/lagoon views from the living areas of the property. The living room does have a new queen-sized sofa bed for your extra guests. The sliding glass doors lead you out onto the back deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the golfers tee-off. The open floor plan connects the living room (queen sized sofabed) with the dining room which seats 4, the kitchen which also has seating for 3 at the breakfast bar, and the spacious sunroom. Grab a good book and unwind in the sunroom which offers plenty of seating, sweeping views of the golf course, access to the back deck, as well as a twin-sized daybed. French doors and a large closet allow for privacy, making this the third bedroom. The freshly redone kitchen comes fully stocked for all your meal prep needs including all new appliances! There is a full sized washer and dryer provided as well so all your vacation needs are taken care of. The large master bedroom holds a king-size bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and bathroom. The fully remodeled bathroom has a tub/shower combo with glass door and tile surround, tile flooring, granite counters, recessed lighting, and bead board. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and large vanity area with granite counters and recessed lighting. No pets and no smoking. Villa buildings do not allow grills. When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required. As our guest you will receive: Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted. No smoking and no pets allowed. We had a wonderful stay on Kiawah for our family vacation. The Turtle Point Villa location was ideal: 5 min walk to the beach, short bike ride to Tennis Center, and right on the 17th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course! We thoroughly enjoyed doing each of these activities all week. Our Condo was neat and clean. AC worked great for this hot summer time! W/D was a bit small and long for 4 adults. Some light switches didn't work and could not figure out how to use ceiling fan in MBedroom without the light being on.

We could not have chosen a better location to stay for our anniversary celebration. The size of villa was more than adequate. We loved seeing wild deer from the back of our deck and around the facility at dusk. We loved being right on the golf course and having our bikes delivered right to our front doorstep. We had every convenience at this villa. My only complaint was that we did have about 10 palmetto bugs throughout the week, gigantic spiders with spider webs formed from ceiling fan in living room and mainly spiders in den area (spiders didn't bother us as much as palmetto bugs).

Working with ESPM was very easy after an initial conversation over the phone all other communication was easily handled via email. We received all the information needed to access the island and villa. Everybody has there own decorating taste, this villa appeared to be recently remodeled and clean.

Family, Beach, & Fun! You couldn't ask for more other than to stay longer! Our only hick-up was there were ants in the kitchen and the door from patio room to deck needs some attention. Plan on staying here again next year during the Kiawah Eye Conference!

Our two-day stay in this immaculate condo was relaxing and just a short walk to the beach. Nature abounds! Within an hour of our arrival, we saw an alligator sunning itself across the golf course out back! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck, listening to the sounds of nature. Deer appeared on our drive to dinner, and I watched an osprey building her nest. A lovely island and a lovely condo!

We loved the proximity to the beach, the golf course as our front lawn, the chic style of the condo's decor, the well-equipped yet uncluttered kitchen, the beautiful bathrooms, the access to beach gear (outdoor porch closet) and the very helpful rental property manager who was responsive and helpful in advance of our arrival. We enjoyed biking all over the island. I was disappointed with the food options on Kiawah (limited, not great quality and high-priced--most restaurants do not take reservations) and the lack of sail boats to rent. Otherwise, a great stay! Very pleased with the rental. The overall appearance and appointments of the condo were excellent. The light and fresh decor was quite appealing. The location to the beach couldn't better - just 5 minutes walk, ideal for a short trip back for snacks yet far enough away that you did not hear the wind and surf. Walking distance to the Sanctuary. Loved ordering beach chairs and umbrellas from a local service in advance and having them waiting for us on the beach!

We had a lovely time staying at this villa on the 17th fairway at Turtle Poi t golf course for 3 days and nights. It was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen met all our needs being well supplied with service ware for cooking as we enjoyed eating several meals in. There are not many cooking supplies-no condiments, , cooking oil, etc and no Keurig pods which would have been nice to know since it was the only coffee pot and we bought ground coffee when shopping for our stay. But if you brought in what you needed the kitchen worked well. The beds were comfortable and there was room to hang clothing and unpack your suitcase into clean dressers. The beach was nearby we enjoyed riding our rental bikes and walking daily. Though the golf is expensive, staying here allowed us access to all five beautiful courses. We enjoyed playing at Cougar Point and Turtle Point. The living space was comfortable and the smart tv allowed us a good number of options plus we could sign in to our own Netflix account. We would recommend this space for a couple or a family with 2 children, and would be happy to book here again.

Very nice spacious villa on beautiful golf course and so close to the beach. Wished we had a pool to use. One bedroom entry was damaged and felt like the floor was giving out. It could have been a little cleaner. Overall enjoyed our stay.

4990 Turtle Point was a fantastic location close to everything. Daily walks to the beach, playing on the Turtle Point course, access to the Town Center were all within easy strolls. Perfect location and very comfy
The location and layout of the villa is five stars. Beautiful south facing views on the Turtle Point Golf Course and lagoon. This villa has a nice sized outdoor deck. A very short 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was super clean. I could not give an overall rating of five stars as we felt the master needs a new comfy bed and pillows, and the two sofas need to be reupholstered. That being said we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Can recommend this villa for a small family or a couple that likes to spread out.
