The most satanic hotel I've ever been

There was nothing at all to like in that dirty ,filthy and jail like place with rooms like a pig shade if not like a chicken coop,as a result we decided to leave that before our departure time

Everything was gross not deserving to be so called hotel as it does not fit any lower standards of any bnb I won't recommend it to anyone I know with unpleasant smell all over, very tiny bathroom with it's sink outside the bathroom together with their abominable attitude of the owners

Not great, will not return.

The location is great.

The staff were unorganised. Our one room was not ready when we came to check in. The staff made a noise with a gate the whole night outside the one room. At the other room doors were banged the whole night.

The staff were accommodating.

Everything else. Quite disappointed for the price that we paid. No hot water. Cobwebs in the wardrobes. Fencing is not up to standard.

Exceptional

Reception was great, rooms are neat and beautiful. We felt like we were at home, it's a pity it was only for 2 nights but we'll definitely visit again

There was no back up when there's load shedding which was very inconvenient and the fact that in order to get a wifi you must go to the reception area didn't sit well to me!!!

I recommend this property to be taken out from the list of Booking com . Dirtiest place ever.

Nothing. On arrival the reception was left alone. When attended,the guy looked lost and not knowing how to search my booking and claimed that I didn't book.

The staff,the horrible atmosphere,the horrible rooms,the interior was not nice,bad combination of colours. Moreover for the price we paid,we didn't deserve that.. There was no toiletry,no towels,no milk for tea. The tea tray was put on the dirty chair.The room doors and the furniture are not only old but damaged and broken. Bedding also horrible colour combination.

Staff was welcoming

Please provide proper TV set, no towels were provided for the kids. The room we were in had a strange sink inside the room and not in the bathroom, 2bed set up was very hard making it hard to sleep on

Nothing. The service at the door was horrible. The gentleman there did not want to assist and was arguing. He failed to apologise even after realising that he was wrong about my deposit being paid.

The rooms did not have any proper matresses. And the family room was not worth it. I could not allow myself to ask my parents to sleep there for more than 1 night. A full refurbishing and refurnishing is needed for your hotel. Please make it happen. The reputation really does precede itself - you guys are a 1 star bed and breakfast. With no nice beds and no breakfast included

Poor

Staff was great. Thats all i liked

Room was too small, i mean the pictures i saw from the net, were not even close to what i experienced or expected. Had to take cold shower in the morning i don't know what was wrong with the geyser. All in all i was just not happy. Worse i wanted to take my team there, but after the experience, i decided not to. I mean it would be better if i saw other rooms as well to choose from.

Too costly for what you get

The room was an economy rated one albeit the cost paid. I appreciated that the bed was atleast comfortable and clean.

The cost was too ambitious for what was offered. For example: TV needs to be updated; The bathroom, ghastly and in need of improvement; no fridge, you have walk to a communal kitchen.

the location is great. the bathroom is big and wide enough.

it’s dirty, curtains are old & even lost color, there’s no utensils to use in the room, no microwave. beds are old & dirty. furniture is stained.
