El sitio me encantó, muy bien ubicado. Y las instalaciones bien!.
Sugiero más proactividad del lugar y entrenamiento al personal. Aunque fueron muy amables, no indicaron que tiene y que no la reservación y el lugar para ofrecer.
Una de las mesas de noche nuestra habitación tenía basura en sus gavetas del huésped anterior, eso nos dio inseguridad de si realmente estaban limpias o no.

The decoration of the place is (not the rooms) is very nice. It's a good location to choose if you are visiting the butterfly reserve.
The shower in our rooms was horrible, the water was barely dripping from it. Also, when we arrived it took us some time to make the receptionist understand that we already had a reservation made and that we need 2 separate rooms. We did not feel welcomed. Besides that, it is overpriced for what it offers.
