Great 1 night stay.

Fabulous breakfast. Large comfortable room Excellent value for money.. Big comfortable bed. View from rhe porch is amazing. Last but not least Clorinde (the host) was charming and attentive.

Difficult to find. Our GPS took us all over the area. Had to call and have Clorindes son meet us and we followed him down a very rugged track. THE BnB is not quite in town and is a much more significant walk than the5 minutes suggested.

A perfect base for a visit to the Verdon Gorge - I highly recommend La Clorinde.

Clorinde is a lovely warm, hospitable host. She is so friendly and her house is uniquely hers, with all her personal things it feels like a home from home. Breakfast was amazing, fruit, croissants, baguette, jams, cake, yoghurt, juice, ham, cheeses, and as much coffee as you can drink. We had one dinner as well which was charming. Home cooked, we sat on the terrace with a view that you can never grow tired of. Her house is in a beautiful garden looking at the mountains.

Everything! This place is literally home - cozy, peaceful, and welcoming. The photos don’t do justice. Every single detail of the stay is so well thought of and beautifully designed - from the cosy bedroom covers to the absolutely delicious meals (I’d highly recommend getting Clorinde’s home-cooked dinner). Clorinde is one of the best and most loving host I’ve ever had <3

The fact that we only stayed there for one night - I’m definitely going back for a longer stay.

A most charming B&B

Very charming in every way. Beautiful garden and view. Owner (Clorinde) is an art-lover and it shows. She was very friendly and helpful. The place is very close to Moustiers Sainte-Marie which is well worth the visit.

I found the bed rather too soft for my taste.

Great mountain view terrace B&B

We booked 2 rooms and had the section of the house to ourselves which was great. The "back-yard" is actually a few olive-tree terraces with mountain views. It is AMAZING! our girls enjoyed playing there, while we sat and sipped some tea. Clorinde the host is very kind and made us feel at home.

Beautiful and welcoming BnB in the mountains

Clorinde's home is beautiful and quirky; a really special place to stay. The room we stayed in was part of the main house, and spacious with a private bathroom and beautiful views to the garden. Clorinde made us feel right at home. We took up the offer of a 22 euro pp dinner which was amazing! All beautiful home cooked french cuisine to enjoy in the garden. We also had the 10.50 euro pp breakfast which was more than enough food we couldn't get through it all! A lovely assortment of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bread and homemade jams. Bed was comfy and the home was very quiet and peaceful. Only a short 5 minute walk up to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie village also. Plenty of private parking outside the home.

Nothing to fault with our stay aside from we had mistakenly thought that the bottle of wine offered with our dinner was included in the price but was actually an additional 16 euro. Not an issue as we were happy to pay for such an enjoyable stay! Only other thing is you have to pay in cash as you leave - there is an ATM in the village but make sure you are prepared for checkout. We would have preferred to pay by card or through Booking.com.

Remember to take care when driving into the driveway as it is unpacked May be difficult to locate the driveway/property at night Although rooms are specified to be non smoking, it is within a smoking household so might not be suitable for people with sensitive noses

Love the location and view, rooms are very clean, cool and spacious. We booked breakfast and dinner all beautifully presented and taste delicious. It was a such joy to stay there and yes Clorinde is a wonderful host. We would love to come back again.

Very comfortable stay and sweetest host ever

Our stay at Clorinde has exceeded all our expectations. Not only was the room very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, but the host was the sweetest one you will ever meet! We also ordered the home-made breakfast and dinner, and it was amazing! There was also a beautiful large garden where you could relax in the evening. The location was very good: calm and only 5 minutes by foot to the center and it is only a short drive away from Gorges du Verdon. There was also free parking in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming place

A place of peace for people who like accomodation that is more personal and individuel. Clorinde’s place is charming, eclectic and offers a glimpse into provencal local lifestyle. The garden with ancient olive trees offers a beautiful and authentic surrounding. Roussillion city is a 10-12 Minute walk away. The room , bathroom was impeccably clean , spacious, comfortable and arranged with love to detail. The breakfast that you can take on the terrace or inside, is simply wonderful, with quality products. There is airconditioning and a place for your car to park. Clorinde is a wonderful host. We highly recommend the place.

The location of La Clorinde is perfect with a very friendly and helpful host. The room was very clean and part of a house.

In comparison to other stays in the South of France, this was a little too expensive for what you got.

La Clorinde is a really special place with a wonderful host, beautiful views and an amazing location

Our breakfast was outstanding! Our host, Clorinde, baked fresh bread and it was the most delicious bread we had in all of the villages and cities we visited in France. There were multiple delicious cheeses, jams and honeys, meats, croissants, fruits, juice and coffee. This wonderful feast was on the terrace in her yard which provided an amazing view! Just wonderful!

Excellent on all counts. A wonderful few days.

Clorinde was an excellent host.... she is a very interesting and well cultured woman, well travelled and knowledgeable in the arts.... a fascinating host. Like ourselves, she loves Mexico and it shows in her art and household goods. She is also a very good cook. We had two dinners at here and one breakfast... very tastefully presented and excellent food to boot. We also liked the fact that her place is lightly out of Moustier. It is an easy short walk away. We did not use our car for our 3 night stay. We loved sitting out on the patio overlooking the olive grove... very comfortable.

We liked Le Jas du Colombier apartment which is next to La Clorinde. The place itself is nice.

We book apartment in late evening. To find the property is a challenge. After we found the property, we found nobody here.
