The location is 20 minutes from a grocery, the main bus station, laundry and only blocks away from many cafes to participate in Croatia’s legendary coffee culture. Very clean, very quiet with attentive hosts. I stayed 5 days and made meals at home and did telework easily. To get to the Old Town is a 40 min walk but taxis and Bolt is easy to use as well.
Not complaints but features to be aware of: no elevator, the toilet tank “talks” constantly, no microwave or coffee maker except a carafe for pour over. Still a delightful and affordable place to base a visit to all the sights of Zadar

The room was very clean and cozy. Possibility of hanging the washing outside in the common balcony. Bakery close to the location, also supermarkets and restaurants. The owner and her daughter were very kind and helpful. Bus terminal at 20 minutes walking. The location is in a very nice and safe area, houses with gardens and olive trees. We loved the place. Kolovare beach at 30 minutes walking.
Everything was ok.
