Location. It was central to all the sites we wanted to visit.
It’s old. The building is old as most of them are in the area. There was water in the lobby from early rain. Lastly, it was slightly noisy. But, we would still use Milan Royal Suites again.

Great location, ease of access to apartment, we were able to leave our bags and check in a little early which was great. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.

It was is a very good location in Brera near the shops and central to all the places you want to go to in Milan. Easy to get to from the train station. I walked and it was fine.
The apartment was a good size and very quiet so slept very well. Had a coffee maker and a kettle and laundry that was very appreciated after a long time traveling from other places. Bed was comfortable. A good place to stay for one or two people.
There were a few details left out that would have been appreciated. Places to hang bathroom towels (I had to move the coat rack into the bathroom) anti-slip prevention in the tiny shower with glass sliding doors would be very wise. If you are a larger person you would have trouble. Installing a grab-bar in the shower would be a good idea.
Put some open shelves in the bathroom alcove so personal items can have a place to live.
Provide some small coffee tables for the living room area so there is a place to put a coffee or snack! Provide a throw for the leather couch because it is sticky to sit on.
Put a small bureau on the wall with the giant mirror so that clothes can be put away near the bedroom.

I liked the cleanness of the apartment. It’s position, we did not use the metro at all, everything reachable by foot. The check in and check out very easy and the staff responded within minutes to our requests.
