Constanța is my city - was born and grew up here until 4 years ago so we booked something in the area .
LOCATION was perfect for us - walking distance to everything we had to do.
The STAFF was really lovely , especially the cleaning lady and the restaurant staff.
The ROOM was clean and the beds SO COMFORTABLE- slept better than at home !
FOOD ( breakfast) was delicious too.
Im not a smoker so I didn’t like that all cigarette smoke from the other rooms was coming into mine ( I wanted to leave the window open in the evening and not use the AC) but my neighbours were smoking like chimneys 😩.
I would suggest figuring out a way for all to enjoy the fresh air - was extreme pollution . Maybe you can have smoking rooms and non smoking rooms on different sides of the building!
Also, the bathroom was dated and would need a refresh ( mostly the shower and shower cabin - doors were broken and shower leaking ).
It’s just a constructive feedback as we liked you and would want to come back

Very friendly staff. clean and comfortable room. Very good value for money. Very good location close to Bvd Mamaia. The hotel restaurant has good food at decent prices.

The location was good. It was close to Profi market. The room was spacious for a single guest. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom had a really bad smell. I kept the bathroom window wide open all day and night, but it didn’t go away. I had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time.
