Comfort bed was really hard, couch had limited padding so wasn't comfortable to sit on

Uncomfortable couch, poor kitchen design and small bedrooms.

How clean it was

The property was clean and was exactly as described. it was comfortable during the winter nights with reverse cycle aircon and provided our family with seperate sleeping quarters. Ample towels, soap and milk were provided for our 3 night stay. The property was quiet, safe and secure.

it did not apply to us due to the purpose of our stay however if we were holidaying and intended to spend the majority of the time in the park it is designed more for permanent or longer term residents without children. There is a small area for the children to play but it is basic and beat for primary school ages children.

The receptionist Deborah was very good. She was very helpful and quick in response.

The hot water system was limited to 65litre at any point of item. We need to wait to reheat.

The double bed is so hard , was like sleeping on concrete
