AMAZING, the place looks absolutely gorgeous. It is the same as you see on the pictures.

The establishment's location is excellent. The staff was very helpful, especially the Security Officials, and did a great job!

Overall, the establishment was good, and our stay was satisfactory. The staff were generally helpful, and the facilities met our needs. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the experience, particularly when hosting large groups. 1. Breakfast Service and Preparation The main challenge was the starting time and readiness of breakfast. On the first morning, the meals were not ready by 07h00. It appeared that the staff may have been overwhelmed by the number of guests who arrived on time for breakfast. Where a large group has been booked and specific meal requirements have been communicated in advance, I would suggest allowing greater flexibility and planning for the preparation and serving of meals. For example, eggs were being fried in a small pan for approximately six people at a time, despite there being more than 15 guests waiting. This resulted in unnecessary delays. It would be advisable to prepare sufficient quantities in advance and ensure that all meals and serving arrangements are fully set up before the agreed breakfast time. This would allow guests to be served promptly, particularly when the group has scheduled activities to attend. 2. Porter Assistance As the establishment does not have lifts, it would be helpful to arrange porter assistance when hosting large groups, particularly for conferences involving elderly guests. During our stay, some elderly women were accommodated on the second floor, and carrying luggage up and down the stairs was challenging. 3. Room Checks Prior to Check-In It would also be advisable to conduct a thorough inspection of all rooms before guests check in. In some of the rooms, the air-conditioning remotes were not working. Although this was reported, the issue was only attended to the following day after a follow-up was made. 4. Provision of Additional Blankets During the winter months, it would be appreciated if additional blankets could be made available to guests, particularly where the room
