All the staff are excellent - all the check-in and reception staff, the bus driver, restaurant and shop staff and the security and cleaners were all friendly and helpful. I felt completely safe here. It is not so flashy but is very reasonably priced. The room was big and clean. There was a good range of meals.

The receptionists are kind, helpful and professional.
It seems that the front desk receptionists don’t know about the bookings from booking.com. The contact number registered in booking.com is not the hotel number in PNG, it’s an Australian number. And the number in Jackson airport phone that calls the hotels is not connected to the hotel receptionists. And for these reasons our first night was not comfortable. But with the help of the receptionists, our second night was exceptional. Thank you. I would use the hotel again but will not book it through booking.com
