Staff were amazingly kind & helpful. Very professional. 24/7 reception very helpful when arriving 3 am
People do stay up till 3 am but did not seem noisy and they wisely put us in top floor out of earshot

Great place to meet fellow travelers, with a really social and welcoming atmosphere. The 24/7 reception is super convenient, and the overall vibe made it easy to meet people and feel at home.

-Close to the airport
-Very social -- lots of people heading to Pamir; bulletin board with info
-Staff spoke good English and helped coordinate trips
-Kitchen
-Cheap laundry
-Close to a commercial street
-AC and good wifi
-Fridge/freezer was chaos -- nowhere to put stuff
-Always had creepy men lingering outside
-Lots of smoking outside which could get on your laundry
-Far from city center (25 min walk)
-Not responsive on WhatsApp/disorganised
-Room smelled moldy
-Limited bathrooms
-I saw cleaning/dusting happening, but things didn't seem super clean
-They have universal sockets but my charger wouldn't stay in place

It was inexpensive and a good location. Reception staff provided advice on transport and eating options locally. There was adequate toilet paper which for some reason has not been the case in other establishements we've stayed in Central Asia over the past 3 weeks.
Room was basic, no place for 2 people to sit. Asked for sheet to be replaced due to stains. Was advertised with fridge which they did bring. Plumbing did not drain. Electrical switches were broken or faulty. We were not shown the facilities on arrival eg kitchen and laundry.
