Location, a huge terrace, proximity to the beaches
The bathroom, especially the shower area, could use some facelift, maybe. The rest was ok.

I would say it was good value for money. It’s not rated fairly on this site, it’s really closer to 7. It was reallt cheap compared to other accomodations and it was in a great location - close to beaches and fancy hotels.
They changed towels every day, which was not necessary and the bedding was clean and that is most important. And it’s great that it had a terrace to have morning coffee from the Mamani’s coffee place downstairs.
The cons: 1. hotel is after renovation and not well cleaned after construction. 2. Noisy from the main street during night if you open a window. 3. No plates or cups in the rooms (but I think it’s the same in most cheaper places, so you can get paper dishes from the supermarket).
