Много плесени и грязи. Неудобные подушки. Пять из семи дней кондиционер работал ужасно и спать было нереально, но потом отремонтировали.

The owner is very friendly. The room size is massive with a king sized bed, microwave, smart tv. Exceptional value for money. There is a 7/11 100m down the street which is very convenient. Loads of restaurants and cafes. A short Grab ride to Jomtein Beach or Pattaya Beach. We wish we could have stayed longer and would happily stay here again.
It would be helpful if a staff member could assist with baggage upon arrival due to the stairs.
