The location; directly opposite the beachfront/lake. There are many restaurants nearby. I would recommend staying in the top floor apartment which has a spacious balcony and lovely views over the lake. The host was responsive and polite.
The apartment itself was a little dated and quite dark. If you manage your expectations about the facilities, however, the lake view from the top floor apartment and the location were superb I'd say.

Location, comfort, right across from beach, close to shopping.
Had difficulty communicating with owner as she did not use Booking. com to give us information on where exactly the apartment was, how and where to pay, where to park and how and why we had to move car at different times of day, which beach we could use, etc. WiFi was spotty. We finally got to communicate with owner , as a very friendly neighbor helped us a lot! Still, the room itself was great for our one night stay.

Once we had found the property it, the apartment was as it described and great to have a beach view.
It was difficult to locate the property initially. Then we found a post it note stuck on a wall and the keys were inside the apartment. We tried to phone host re parking when we arrived, couldn't get through and unfortunately had a parking ticket the next day.

Right in the middle of town, close to the lakeside beach
Nothing fancy did the job. They do have lake view appartments with a balcony for 15 euros more
