Cleanliness. I loved the provision of ice and containers in the room to collect ice. Airconditioners were a good addition.
I would have loved to be given the option to purchase breakfast. Smart TVs so that I can enjoy other options for viewing movies, sports etc.

The decor and interior
The TV only has one channel and it’s not a smart tv.
The water went around 2am/3am yet one could need the toilet

Having access to the other facilities..restaurants, etc. No breakfast was required as I was running the UB Marathon. The location was perfect for travelling to the University and back home
The stuffiness of the room and the lack of water to shower after the race around 10h30
