OK but no attention to detail

The house was a great size for a couple or a small family. It was a three-minute walk to the supermarket (Woolworths), and a couple of takeaway shops. Handwash, soap, dishwasher tablets, sponge, sanitizer, and plastic bags provided. Kitchen serving ware was new. The shower and bath were clean.

The front door windows were transparent, and the back sliding door had a section of the blinds missing, so no privacy at the front or back of the house. Kitchen and laundry cupboards and drawers hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen bar stools were rusty. There was no drier so it would have been good if there was a clothes horse that wasn't covered in rust. The bathroom sink drain plugs were completely removed and rusty. The heater was out of order. The outside dining setting was covered in dust.

Comfortable stay

Good size, modern house. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Heating worked well. Very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Smart TV was easy to use. Instructions provided were clear. Shopping centre (with Woolworths) close by.

Microwave needs some attention - it doesn’t rotate, so food is not evenly warmed/cooked.

A mirror and dresser in the main bedroom would have been practical so someone can get ready there when the bathroom is occupied.

Relaxation & Comfort.

It felt like a home away from home. A really relaxing vibe! Super comfy fantastic bed. Loved the outdoor eating area and great to be really close to a supermarket. We loved our short time there. 💗

Probably the only negative thing was the couch wasn't comfortable for those of us no longer in our prime.

Perfect to not catch COVID and if you don't want to share spaces with other people at a hotel

Great location right close to all amenities, very nice convenient backyard, kitchen and utensils available for breakfast, paid Internet and Netflix. Easy order food and take away within 5 minutes driving distance. Great Thai food restaurants in Warrnambool.

I could not open the garage to put the car in but that's fine I parked the car right in front.

All-in-all, the property was very clean and very well appointed.

The property advertises as having 2 bathrooms...there are NOT 2 bathrooms, there are 2 toilets and a 2-way bathroom. This was very disappointing.

Summer holiday

Good location. Good size for family.

Outside area wasn't well kept. Needs attention to detail bbq gas empty on arrival, cobwebs all over outdoor furniture. Generally clean but when you look in cupboards and door tracks etc needs a good clean.

Lovely place to stay for a few nights

close to the supermarket, well presented accommodation, clean, neat and tidy.

No dryer so hard to dry clothes after using the washing machine.

We liked the location, the house was neat & tidy with a very nice private outdoor area

The bathroom basins had no grates, just open holes straight to the drainage pipes, and the tap had been tarnished by something.

Location great, accommodation left a lot to be desired.

Handy location and the property was very neat and tidy.

Very cheap appliances (micro wave was terrible). Kitchen poorly equipped, including cooking utensils. The lack of staples like gladwrap, aluminium foil and baking paper was very disappointing as was the lack of any milk in the fridge. We found the bed to be rock hard and very uncomfortable. The shower was also very average. It was also disappointing that products (soap, dishwashing liquid etc.) were not Australian made/local. Budget property at a prestige price.
