Everything was great. The apartments were even nicer than they looked online, really pretty and spacious. Most of the staff (especially Nuno and team) at the bar were particularly friendly and welcoming.
Overall it was a lovely stay but I was really disappointed by my interaction with the receptionist on arrival.
We were a group of 8 visiting from Ireland for a wedding, staying across two apartments. I arrived at 12:45pm, fully aware that check-in was at 4pm. However, I had emailed a week beforehand to explain that three of us needed to attend a an event at 4pm and that if possible, it would be so helpful if we could gain access to one of the apartments even 15-20 minutes before 4pm to shower and change. I was told to check with reception on the day and that, if they could help, they would be happy to accommodate us.
When I arrived, I politely asked whether there was any chance one apartment might be ready 15–20 minutes early. Before I had even finished explaining, the receptionist sharply interrupted: “Check-in is at 4pm!”
I explained that I understood this and was simply asking if she could check with housekeeping around 3pm. Again, I was met with “Check-in is at 4pm!”, followed by a sarcastic response about how she could possibly know when an apartment would be ready, she couldn't see into the future. I repeatedly clarified that I wasn't expecting an answer immediately - I was simply asking if she could check later. She continued to dismiss me and eventually said, “No, check-in is at 4pm”.
I then asked whether there were any communal showers in the gym or pool area that we could use before check-in. She simply said “No.”
I later discovered that there were showers available and by the indoor pool, and even more frustratingly, our apartments were actually ready early but she didn't tell us.

The apartment was very spacious with a very good WC. The kitchen was well equipped, just missing a blender to make soup. The gym is also spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, it only opens at 8:00; it could open earlier.
The parking space in the garage is great.
Having the house cleaned every day is also a good thing.
During the summer, on some nights, you will hear the music from the disco Bliss, which, for those with light sleep, can be a problem.
Some teenagers (usually the British ones) can be a bit noisy in the pool and at night.

Th property was very relaxed, apartments were lovely and spacious and the staff were very friendly.
The location, there isn’t much within walking distance so you need to either have a car or rely on Ubers.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the apartments were serviced daily
Maintenance work going on during stay, scaffolding outside out windows, rooms weren’t particularly clean and furniture worn and no plug for the bath nor could we fill the sink in the kitchen as the plug didn’t work. Breakfast was poor value and very limited options on offer. Despite being busy nights pool bar open
