Beautiful views, a walking distance to the beach and the shops/restuarant.
The steep hill driveway and a small road leading up to the property with lots of renovations ๐
Itโs also not nice that itโs not kids friendly

Overall quality of interior, many steps, old warn out curtains, old appliances, safety (very unsafe rail at swimming area. )
