Czyściutko. Panie Sprzątaczki to czarodziejki. Ale na szczególną pochwałę i uznanie zasługuje cały personel! Wszyscy bardzo mili i bardzo pomocni! Pokój ładny i wygodny. Hotel też całkiem ładny. Bardzo fajna strefa spa. W cenie mieliśmy krzesełko dla dziecka i podgrzewacz do butelek. Bardzo ładna i ciekawa okolica. Super połączenie z Dubrownikiem (autobus, łódka, taxi)

Mało urozmaicone śniadania. Wewnątrzny basen trochę zbyt chłodny i nie przystosowany dla niemowląt.

Aivan ihana loma.

Hotelli on kaunis ja puhdas ja tekemistä löytyy usealle päivälle. On mahdollisuus rentoutua sisä - tai ulkoaltailla tai muutaman askeleen päässä merenrannassa, kristallin kirkkaissa vesissä. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Hotellilla voi pelata tennistä (vuokravälineet saa hotellilta) ja rentoutua maksullisissa Spa-hoidoissa. Hotellissa on kiva ja ylellinen tunnelma. Kaikki pienet pyynnöt ja asiat mitä meillä oli hoidettiin respan henkilökunnan toimesta nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. 8 vuotias lapsi otettiin kivasti myös huomioon.

Meillä oli varattuna puolihoito eli aamiainen ja illallinen. Illallisbuffetissa ei ollut erikseen lapsille suunnattua ruokaa, mutta valikoima on runsas, joten lapsetkin löytävät sieltä varmasti jotakin mieleistä.

Amazing vacation spot in the Riviera that is worth coming back time after time.

The hotel was clean. The location was convenient and the view is beautiful, the food was great. Lots of fun things to do with kids and so many beaches near by.

Doručak i večera divni, kao i lokacija, veličina sobe i blizina mora, profesionalno i ljubazno osoblje, parking mogućnosti.

Možda malo više mogućnosti zabave i bolji jastuci, isti su istrošeni i mekani.

Srednja žalost, pohvale na čistoću ostalo slabo!

Hrana užas. Loša ponuda.Za vrijeme doručka ili večere kad bi nestalo određenog jela ili pića nema nadopune, samo bi se sklonilo nestalo. Borba sa gostima za određena jela. Jako loše u odnsu prije 18. mjeseci prilikom zadnjeg posjeta. Ne opravdava cijenu. Mislim da neću sa obitelji više posjetit ovaj hotel.

Modernes Hotel mit sehr schöner Ausstattung, tollem Buffet und toller Lage.

Das Upgrade, die Aussicht und die Möglichkeit, vom Hotel aus, im Meer zu baden. Zudem: Tolles Essen.

Das Personal war zum Teil neu und jung. Absprachen am Checkin-Schalter wurden nicht umgesetzt. So wurde mein Lunchbag zum Flughafen vergessen (zu bestellen, zu ordern oder zu kommunizieren). Es war trotz Zusage nicht da, was ärgerlich war, da ich dafür am Vorabend extra Aufwand betrieben hatte.

Le restaurant n’est pas du tout à la hauteur, la deco de manière générale est très froide (hall, chambre…), la piscine intérieur pas assez chauffée

Traumlage am Meer mit Strandzugang

Meerblickzimmer top Aussicht, feines Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Sehr bequemes großes Bett. Nette Begrüßung an der Rezeption mit allen Infos ausgestattet konnten wir gleich einchecken. Unsere Motorräder parkten wir in der kostenfreien Parkgarage. Frühstück und Abendessen mit exzellenter Auswahl an Speisen. Wer Glück hatte konnte auf der Terrasse essen und dort war der Service perfekt. Wir empfehlen an der Bar einen Drink zu nehmen, lustiges und freundliches Service mit Wohlfühlcharakter! An der Strandpromenade einige liebe Lokale zum Verweilen. Taxiboot vom Steg nach Dubrovnik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Beim indoor Abendessen haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet dass ein Kellner vorbei kommt und Getränke aufnimmt, dann haben wir uns selbst Getränke organisiert. Das darf in so einem Haus nicht passieren!

Jederzeit wieder,es war alles prima.

Tolles Hotel,schöne Aussicht,Pool geheizt,Fitnessraum,Parkplatz am Hotel. Das Frühstück ist perfekt. Gute Mitarbeiter,sie sind präzise,kommunikativ und zuverlässig.

Alles war gut.Ich wäre gern zum Frisör im Hotel,es war aber keiner da. Aber das ist Klagen auf sehr hohem Niveau.

very good hotel experience

It's a hotel where every single one of the hotel staff is incredibly helpful, problem-solving, friendly and runs smoothly. The view of the hotel is so peaceful that I took a video of it for myself so that I could watch the video and teleport there. We will definitely stay again. The spa, indoor pool, everything is quite sufficient and entertaining for a family with children. They made special eggless bread so my daughter could have it for breakfast due to her allergies. I hope this can explain the customer satisfaction level :)

Great place to stay

Amazing location of the hotel. Family oriented hotel. The staff very professional. Dinner was quite good, especially seafood and meat.

Water in the pool was too cold. Breakfast is the same every day, and cheese was not fresh.

We had a lovely time , the hotel was fine hit not exceptional however doors seem to be one of the best around , we do go

Clean , bathrooms very clean with good facilities , location good , nice rooms all with balcony , breakfast selection good

Staff a bit abrupt , asked for 3 days for a late check out and told on last day wasn’t available . Booked a deluxe room with a sea view and got a view of the roof of the lower floor mainly and not a lot of view , not enough pool loungers set up each day for number of guests , beach area too small for number of guests and not a enough loungers , coffee terrible !

Beach- lots of people who don’t stay in the hotel were using beach and umbrellas and beds for free. Beach boys didn’t help at all. Beach restaurant longmore I think is very overpriced and plain food

Relaxing stay with professional service and facilities

Professional service, nice breakfast and dinner options, the restaurant Lungomare is a bit overpriced for the quality of the food I would opt to have lunch in the area instead. Very nice beach where you can order drinks and snacks straight from your chair, just a few minutes walking distance away is the beach of Kupari which is stunning. The rooms are lovely, spacious and well maintained. Special thanks to the very nice lady at the dinner entrance and Vesna the cook, she made us smile every single time. The kids club staff could be more proactive and actually animate the kids to join in activities, the atmosphere there was not very inviting, I guess that’s why they were no kids in there at all. The facility overall is great though, it was a relaxing stay for us. There is not much going on in the area of the hotel but one can easily take a water taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. We also enjoyed playing tennis at the hotel court for a rather small fee.

Wish the staff at the kids club was more proactive and friendly with the kids, my daughter was too intimidated to go in as she didn’t feel too welcome there. Besides that a great place to stay.

Got food poisoning! For 350 eur /night I got vomitting & diarrhea

Nice location, great wellness/spa area, king size bed, spacious room, parking garage

Our stay in this hotel was perfect up until the last day/night when I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant! I am 100% sure the hotel restaurant is responsible for the bacteria filled meal that I had because hotel is the only place where we ate during our 3 night stay! When we complained to hotel staff at the reception all we got was “we’re sorry” and do you want us to call the ambulance. Upon asking to prolonge our stay for one night as I wasnt able to drive home due to all night long vomitting , we’ve got a response “its going to cost you 280 eur, friendly price for you”. I’ve then decided for late checkout at 4pm. Needless to say that around 3pm the staff was literally calling every 5min and koncking on our door to kick us out. NEVER AGAIN

Relaxing family holiday in a fantastic location

Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, daily fresh water, lovely pool and great beach access. Excellent buffet dinner. Good service from helpful waiters.

Water glasses in the room would have been useful and crème for coffee.

Nice hotel, good location

Good location, nice spacious rooms, friendly staff , good breakfast and great pool and beach access.

Requested connected rooms (small kids below 6years old). We exchanged many emails week before arrival to ensure they could organise. Reception served us the usual “ will do our best but can t guarantee” which is a usual but nevertheless this hotel actually did not manage to provide and did not think wa d’important to warn us (although I especially requested such facility as a condition for me to confirm my booking). Upon arrival, reception said that they would do the best to provide the requested from the next day; we never heard from them till we left…
