The location was excellent. It's close to the central bay of Kassiopi and the headland, but much more peaceful than the main strip. It really benefits from the family touch in that you feel well looked after by Panayota and her parents, and the building/rooms are properly cared for and maintained. The place is spotless and cleaned daily. The rooms are well equipped for longer stays with good kitchen facilities and a place to eat. The shower is fantastic and modern (not always the case in similar properties in Greece in my experience). They have allocated parking areas for guests and also left us some food and drink in the apartment for our arrival (much appreciated!). Kassiopi itself is a great location with lots to investigate for a small area. Compared to nearby resorts it is MUCH nicer. As well as the nearby beaches there is also a pool/cafe bar just round the corner.

Yota was kindness personified, she couldn't do enough to make our stay the best possible, the apartment is small but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Kassiopi is a lovely town and the studio was set near a beach but in a very nice residential area.
The host had thought of everything.
Very flexible, helpful and chilled host
Some confusing and very worrying information about the accommodation's conditions received from Booking.com who deserve a very low score in this occasion.
