Very comfortable, clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was superb. Everyone was welcoming, caring and outstanding.

The food was amazing, be it in-room or the breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.
The telephone had a cross-connection, we pressed in-room dining and the call was forwarded to reception. The person on the other end was quite rude and sarcastic “this is the reception, not in-room dining”. We do understand they can be over-worked and busy, but that wasn’t professional.
Also the room had a strong stench of cigarette.
The view outside the window was non-existent, there were some pipes, maintenance equipment, roof and an apartment building next door.
The bathroom amenities- especially the soap was white harsh and felt like dishwashing liquid. And the water temperature regulator didn’t function correctly, it would swing the temperature either way and send in pulses of cold and hot water

Resturant Food was excellent and Staff was great..
My stay was completely overshadowed by the appalling behaviour of the reception night manager around 8 pm on 24 July 2026. He was exceptionally rude, arrogant, dismissive, and entirely unwilling to assist with even a reasonable request. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he responded with an attitude that was confrontational and unprofessional.
As the person responsible for assisting guests during the night, I expected courtesy, respect, and basic customer service. Instead, I was treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. His lack of cooperation and poor communication reflected very badly on the hotel and created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.
Hospitality is built on professionalism and respect, and the reception night manager demonstrated neither. No guest should be made to feel ignored or spoken to in such a dismissive manner. It is disappointing that someone in a managerial position displayed such poor judgement and customer service.
I would strongly encourage the hotel's management to review the conduct of the night reception team and ensure appropriate training and accountability. Until significant improvements are made, I would think twice before staying here again.
