The outdoor jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough.

The customer service was great! Since I got to the hotel the valet were great! They took my belongings to my room. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The pool had a great view
Nothing, I loved the property.

Good price for the amenities and room space, many nearby places to eat and buy food/beverages, room service was also great.
Flexible check in/out times. Good WiFi.
We found cockroaches on the pool area and in our room (photos attached), and the hotel was being remodeled, something that affected us quite a lot since they were working in OUR balcony without previous advise. This took our privacy out of the window, quite literally.
