Our two night stay at Le Cormier was enjoyable. The room we were given was part of a separate house to the host, with other guest rooms. Our room had comfortable beds and quite a big bathroom with shower.
The house also had it's own shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make tea, coffee, meals etc and it had a shared sitting room.
Breakfast was sufficient and Catherine the host was very helpful.
The only minor concern is:
Be aware, the turn into the accommodation comes up very quickly.
A bigger or clearer sign would be beneficial.

Preciosa vivienda campestre de cuento. Muy acogedora, muy bien decorada y muy limpia. Ideal para visitar el centro de Nantes, a tan solo 20 minutos, donde pudimos aparcar en el parking commerce, aconsejados por Catherine, la propietaria. Un privilegio esta vivienda. La propietaria es muy atenta y encantadora. Es ella misma quien prepara y sirve unos desayunos maravillosos . Su vivienda está muy cerca de la casa hotel, en la misma finca pero son edificios independientes.
Es complicado viajar en plena ola de calor. La vivienda es fresca pero el piso superior es muy caluroso cuando se alcanzan y exceden los 35 o 40 grados Centígrados en la calle. El aire acondicionado que posee es un portátil. En veranos normal d con temperaturas en torno a 30°, no es necesario aire acondicionado.

Petit déjeuner bien, mais pas exceptionnel comme indiqué, maison agréable avec son plancher qui grince et les places de parking ombragées.
Le manque de climatisation qui est pourtant notifiée sur la page, il faut en parler pour que l'on vous propose une "clim" mobile. En fait tous les équipements notifiés ne sont pas forcément dans les chambres (fridge, bouilloire, machine à café, etc.) mais dans la maison, je vous conseille d'appeler avant et de poser des questions.
