The location is right smack in ben thanh market. Easy access to great food.
There are ants in the room. A bit of nuisance. Breakfast spread not much variation. Almost the same items every morning. Fried rice all the way. At least can take turns to provide fried rice noodle, fried bee hoon, fried egg noodle, authentic spring roll fresh and fried so that guests can get to enjoy and be exposed to the local Vietnamese cuisine.

Location, decent room with great aircon and fridge, also quiet to outside noise considering it is opposite the bustling bin thank market
Breakfast was terrible, they only replaced some items after they ran out, and that took half an hour and that was just fruit, hot items not replaced at all, so get there at 6.30. The restaurant staff had surly looks beneath their masks, whereas the porters were very helpful.
The cleaning of the room consisted of making the bed and replacing towels.....nothing else, cups were left, coffee not replenished as they said they had run out, we had to ask for toilet paper and the tub was not cleaned. Our window rattled with the wind and we had to jam paper in. It as it was quite windy outside.
It was full of domestic tourists as it was value for the area, if breakfast and cleaning improved it would be exceptional value.
