The staff is very friendly & accommodating. They went over & above to help us. They called us a taxi big enough for all of our luggage at 6 am & made breakfast for us earlier than the normal hours for breakfast so we could have something before we left for the airport.
One of the times we were there the AC & internet was out, but the other 2 times there was no problem.

We stayed with as a big family with kids and booked 3 rooms, rooms was clean and it was good for a hostel

Disappointing
The female toilets were left wet and dirty with no loo paper. We did not like the graffiti decor. We were not told about the upstairs toilets. It seemed to us that two men's and two ladies' were not enough.
