Staff pleasant, right location for work, bed comfortable enough. Breakfast times worked.
Room could definitely have been cleaner and needed a general refresh, things like light fittings look like never cleaned and the outside of shower and bin lid. The iron provided was cracked and water poured out, no ironing board, once requested this did arrive but this was also poor condition. The worst part of the stay was the lights at the side of the bed, they either glow blue or turn themselves on, you can't get a decent sleep with these!
