Check in and check out was smooth and super easy. Communication was perfect. Location location location! Highly recommend. They go above and beyond when you stay here - loved the toiletries in the bathroom and wine and water on the table was a nice touch! It was so quiet being off the courtyard.
It would be nice to have a toiletries shelf in the showers to hold them, but minor detail. One of the best places we've stayed in all our Europe travels!

Ideal position for everything ie restaurants, bars, market square just yards away, apartment had everything we could need, bottle of wine was a nice touch, very quiet location and apartment very clean, great shower, lots of welcome toiletries
just the pillows, much too soft, but that could just our preference

It would be hard to find a better location, it was perfect for our five days in Krakow.
