The location, attention to detail, food, and staff were all exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Amazingly relaxing surroundings and the staff did give you that feeling of being pampered and in good hands. Food was excellent.

The main lodge was nice but the rooms were quite disappointing. I specifically paid for a luxury villa as opposed to a standard room but felt that the room was in desperate need of a renovation. We complained and they moved us to a slightly better room that has a small plunge pool however the pool was leaking and so each morning was empty
Rooms need a renovation
The game drives were very unimpressive. The game ranger did not give much information and did not seem very interested in her job. We have visited many reserves and many different lodges and i am not sure i would rush back. It was good but definitely not worth the money
$$$$
