We stayed for 1 night and everything was good. The staff is kind, the room was tidy and big, right for 3 people. The location is very nice, there are a lot of shops near and is well connected with London thanks to the train station. I recommen it.

There were some noises from other rooms but nothing terrible.

Check-in and check out was quick and easy, and the staff - warm and welcoming. Our room housed the much needed fans. The room was well presented and excellently cleaned. A range of nearby eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner are available.

A complimentary bottle of water would not have gone amiss especially on warmer days. There is limited parking space on the hotel grounds, however, free nearby on road parking is available. Traffic is very audible (as it sits on a cross road) which might interrupt the sleep of lighter sleepers.

Great location, comfy bed.

No WiFi at all and wasn’t prewarned therefore couldn’t use the apps on TV or my phone basically. Rooms far too warm also.
