The property was clean.
No info about how/where to leave the key at the end of the stay. No soap at the sink. No suggestions/recommendations for places to eat or things to see.

Amazing location, great value for where it is and similar nearby properties. Sheets and towels super clean, bathroom pretty clean.
No air con would not be a problem if you were able to leave the windows and doors open, but because of the street noise from people leaving restaurants and bars and etc it is very hard to keep them open and keep cool. Ceiling fan is good though.

This was a good location easy access to restaurants and a little bodega for picking up snacks and fruit. Also, there was a place to grab a quick breakfast nearby, which was needed since the “B & B” didn’t offer one. I knew that in advance, but they ought to rename it to be more accurate
The bed was covered in plastic and there was only a thin sheet over the plastic, making it extremely hot and sticky- and it was chilly while I was there. The towels were line dried and stiff as a board and very scratchy. I could hear the people next door as if they were in my room. So really, I did not sleep well there.
I only saw the owner once - that was when I arrived. There was a closed door on the ground where I guess I could have knocked if needed anything.
