Had a late check-in, no problem. Late night staff were fresh, helpful and courteous. Very warm rich environment and decoration. Room was well prepared, very clean and exceeded expectations. For the cost, a very very high standard all round.
The room felt a little stuffy when first arriving, but the air conditioner helped freshen things up. The window was locked shut, but it is possible to get a staff member to unlock it if required. This was a very minor issue when compared to the overall service.

Good room size, convenience location.
The A/C is too warm and not able to adjust the temperature.
On the laundry form, it says "Same day, if picked before 10:00 am, or following day after 10:00 am". Called room service around 5:00 pm, has been told the laundry service is closed until next day, no solution has been given.
