Location in Ubud...surrounded by greenery; excellent landscaping; staff very helpful and friendly; good vegetarian food options; large size cottages
The rooms need upgrade...inconvenient plug points, shower heads dropping, sinks were draining slow, doors noisy, one night both fans and aircon stopped working. Breakfast buffet to be labeled - eg bread had eggs which was not labeled: staff should enquire about spice level when taking orders- we found the food bland

Location was amazing, fully immersed in the nature and quiet.
The staff was amazing with both us and our baby: cooking special food just for her and carrying her around❣️

too old furniture, lot of dust on the back of the bad, smell not so good etc
