The best thing about the hotel was that the freezer unit worked surprisingly well and actually froze bottles of water to use in the extreme heat! Before I knew that, I asked if bottles of water and our freezer pack could be put in the hotel freezer, and there was no problem with that.
Parking was adjacent and ample.
The rooftop terrace was attractive.
The shower spray seemed to have a life of its own, spraying water everywhere!
It was very frustrating that there was NO place to put used towels, no hooks on the wall or the back of the door, etc.
We had never experienced having NO staff member at the front desk for more than 24 hours before. We wanted to ask questions, but couldn't. A number was provided to call, but that didn't help us with our phone plan.
We tried the free breakfast on one of the three mornings and found the toasted egg sandwiches too cold for our taste. It was good that it also included fresh fruit and a salad, however.

Very big and nice room; very quiet facing the mountains, staff (when they were there) tried to help and answer questions
Reception is most of the time unmanned, very limited English support, Breakfast is a set meal (sandwich (pork floss/cheese/ham/salad and some cut fruits - not very enjoyable or healthy) and served in B1F (basement) not the nice rooftop terrace shown on the pictures
