The owners are very kind, helpful, they even arrange for the car rental and upgraded the room I booked. I felt their hospitality which matters a little when in vacation. The two bed room apartment has a beautiful sea view, 3 balconies and an equipped kitchen which I did not used. The location is walking distance to the port with a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery very close by.
I think I set my expectations correctly as I wasn’t disappointed.

The Fistikies is a gem just a little outside the port with a lovely courtyard with a pool to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well furnished. Great for families. Every morning breakfast is served pool side. If you need to rent a car, they can arrange for that.

Fistikies was an amazing place to stay on Aegina. The staff were so kind and helpful. It is exceptionally clean and the breakfast is amazing! The apartment was perfect, exactly what we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and it was so quiet and peaceful all of the time.
