STORY Rabat

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the excellent location, which made it so convenient to explore the area and get around, to the quality of the service, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented options. We also truly appreciated how warm, welcoming, and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention Fatima Zehra, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. She was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a wonderful difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, and truly wonderful hospitality.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained. The gym was modern and well-equipped, the food was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed the activities, particularly the art class, which made our stay even more memorable and we would definitely recommend for family and we would definitely stay here again.

Even though our stay was wonderful overall, the Wi-Fi was very frustrating. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting throughout the stay, and the issue persisted for almost 3 days.

The STORY Rabat team was very sweet and respectful, attentive to the client’s needs. Special mention to Houssam, Myriam and Meriem who were there all along to help me with literally anything. Furthermore, the place is beautiful and really quiet. Ideal to rest peacefully.

If I could provide an area of improvement it would be on the breakfast. It could be useful for the hotel’s restaurant staff to write down the client’s orders instead of memorising them, so they could avoid mistakes.
