It was a very cozy and friendly hotel.
Simple, but warm and welcoming.
Great restaurant!
The location is a bit far from everything. If you want to drink alcohol, you need to drive.
But eventually we had nice drinks in the hotel restaurant and it was cool

It is clean, we had a great view of the river and we could also see trains and it is a great location to move. The food is great and the staff very nice. Comfortable beds, the room is simple but cozy.
We liked everything.

my second year at Riviera for my 3 days of skiing in Sinaia... I found the hotel room clean and warm with a small balcony. I loved it. The restaurant is clean with very good food at reasonable prices. Will come next year for sure at this location. Thank You

It was clean and the restaurant's food was amazing and very affordable. The front desk lady was helpful and very kind. The area is beautiful and you have hot water on demand, both for shower and tea/powdered coffee if you want. The towels and sheets are fresh and soft, I work as a housekeeper, so I vouch for the cleanliness here. The rooms are well equipped for what you pay.
The waiter staff makes zero attempts to understand your needs. None of them speak English, or bother to use Google translate, but they will give you the bill and mention tips... I asked for a coffee, she couldn't understand what coffee I wanted; disappeared for a few minutes, then came back and brewed a single shot of espresso - not what I asked for.
Additionally - we had a Do Not Disturb sign for TWO days only and they begged us to remove it as it was "becoming a problem with the owners". We removed it early at 10am like they asked, left, and came back 2.5h later. Nobody had come in.. There is a dog outside that barks All night.
