Wonderful hosts in Chris and Sue, and Roxy the dog. A very warm welcome awaited us on our arrival. Comfortable, cozy and quirky accommodation that is full of character and nice touches. Everything is very well presented and clean, including good facilities. Great location close to the historic town centre. Beccles is a great base to explore the nearby coast and countryside from either by road or rail. Plenty of bus services available.

If you want to stay in a beautiful little "cottage style" annex, circa 1600, with the most wonderful hosts you could ever imagine, this is the place to stay. I cannot fault anything and Sue who is the property owner is simply fantastic...funny, always happy to help and full of character.

Nothing.

Lovely cottage with masses of character. Very comfortable with everything you could need. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

The pillows could do with changing as they are very thin. But everything good apart from that.

Fab location. Cottage was perfect. Extremely clean and a very comfortable stay. Hosts Chris and Sue were very helpful with everything. Bed was lovely and comfortable . Cottage was cosy and warm . Everything you needed for a fabulous stay was supplied. Cannot find one fault.

Nothing ,everything was perfect.
