Pretty clean, in a good location, - except if you arrive via Zapadni kolodvor, then you'd have to walk through the whole town - and the hosts were friendly and accommodating considering I ended up arriving a bit later than expected.
There is a stove, kitchen sink, cutlery and dishes, as well as some pans and pots, so it's even possible to cook if necessary.
The bathroom was a little inconvenient, the tap was way too high above the small sink, and there was no shower curtain, so it was hard not to splash water all over.
Another thing to be aware of is that the apartments are on the busiest street in town, so it was very noisy.
Neither are dealbreakers for me personally, but still were inconveniences.

Central position
Welcoming host - he was so kind when we had to park a fair distance away so drove with my daughter to find a place nearby.
Apartment had all the basics & it was comfortable
It is a nightmare trying to find a parking spot

Location is great and That is all.
The bathroom in room 4 was absolutely horrendous - very small, the sink is smaller than the tap and impossible to wash your hands/face without splashing water everywhere. You have to literally jump over the toilet to get into the shower. The towels are very worn down and need replacing.
The noise from outside is too loud even when you close the shutters. I wouldn’t recommend.
