Hotel staff were excellent. Friendly & very welcoming. Hotel was exceptionally clean, warm & welcoming. Staff were very accommodating & happy to help with anything. I will definitely be visiting again & recommend this Hotel 100%.

The service and the place were amazing,lovely staff,very clean room and incredible service.Definitely I will be staying here next time I visit Craiova.
