Great location - right next door to the supermarket, an in town so walking distance to shops.
Nice warm room, comfy bed. Had everything I needed - kitchenette, bathroom, TV, heating.
Room service was daily and i felt they went above and beyond. Id left dishes in the sink that i was going to clean when i got back, but they did them for me and put them away. The topped-up toiletries/tea/coffee etc and replaced my towels.
The bathroom is nice, but could do with new blinds, the current roller blind is rusty and falling apart. The paint on the ceiling was peeling in parts as well. Very superficial and didn't affect the overall experience of the room - just feedback.

Accommodated us and our two dogs. Was great to be able to cast our Netflix on to the TV and staff were very pleasant.

The location was perfect for us.
Very difficult to see where the parking spot for our room was.
Very disappointed that even though cooked breakfasts are advertised on the website they are not available. Should be specified that they are not available at the weekend.
