Excellent studio, well-appointed kitchen, with a private balcony (and the essential mosquito net in the sliding door). Everything felt fresh and new, and thought through. Particularly pleased with the secure parking (within a gated space) which also had some covered spaces (essential for a motorcycle in a sunny place).
Very close to shops, cafes, etc, but enough away from the centre to ensure quiet at night.
Nitpicking, but given the overall standard, the bathroom is tight.

Υπέροχο μέρος σε υπέροχη περιοχή. Πολύ άνετο με το parking που έχει καθώς στο Αρκούδι είναι σοβαρό θέμα το παρκάρισμα.

Appartamento di piccole dimensioni ma ben strutturato e arredato, dotato di tanti accessori che possono servire durante il soggiorno. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario, ferro e asse da stiro, phon, stendibiancheria etc. etc..
Pulizia impeccabile ed effettuata quotidianamente. Parcheggio comodissimo adiacente alla struttura e chiuso da cancello automatico, con telecomando consegnato insieme alle chiavi. Posizione eccellente per poter raggiungere a piedi tutte le strutture e attrazioni di Arkoudi.
La proprietà non risponde ai messaggi inviati via app booking, nemmeno quelli relativi all'orario di arrivo a inizio soggiorno. E in effetti non erano pronti per il mio check in quando sono arrivato, la reception era chiusa e ho dovuto chiamare un numero di telefono affisso alla porta prima di poter accedere all'appartamento.
