Cheguei às 5 da manhã e me atenderam (pedi previamente um early check-in, sem muita esperança). Quando cheguei, o quarto ainda estava ocupado, mas conseguiram me alocaram em outro para que eu descansasse até o outro liberar, o que não demorou nem meia hora. As acomodações são simples, pois se trata de um hostel, mas são muito limpas. A localização é excelente, bairro tranquilo. As pessoas que trabalham no local são atenciosas, gentis e cordiais, preocupadas em atender da melhor forma possível. Só tenho a agradecer.

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários em especial a Bell, são muito queridos, o lugar é bem limpo, bem arejado, o quarto é muito bom e vale o valor cobrado

The stuff were really helpful and friendly, especially Bel, she make sure I have everything I need.
The loudness from people next to the hostel and the bedsheets and cleanliness was lacking attention for me.
