The customer service was great. They were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The ferry across the road and then so close to lots of other dining and shops
It was very noisy as you could hear the people in the floor above. I also had to have a cold shower as the water tank is small. The teenagers quick used the hot water.

The staff were amazing on our check in. They made us feel very welcomed. The location is amazing, close to many food options and across the road to the river and ferry. The rooms very clean and comfortable, sizes were good and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was onsite at no extra charge.
The bathrooms were dated (this will not stop us from staying there again or recommending the property as everything else made for an exceptionally enjoyable and comfortable stay)

Well layed out. Very roomy and comfortable that provides privacy from other guests
As the Peninsula Serviced Apartments met our expectations I cannot fault what they offered and considered it good value for money

Nice location close to ferry
Absolute crap wifi and why can’t they provide a plug in the hand basin to conserve water.

"The location was very convenient, with parking available and easy access to the city. We loved being able to take the ferry across the river and walk to the shopping area. Overall, we were very happy ..."
