Very friendly staff.

Location was amazing and offers for discounts to local businesses was a great bonus.

Booked accommodation for 4 based on photos on booking.com. Room provided only had one single bed and a pull out sofa. Pull out sofa was less than adequate.

was great and next time would love a front facing apartment with balcony facing river.

perfect location and we were able to walk to shops and food and also ferry.

parking bays were very small but we found extra parking out the back which was better.

Well worth it and just a lovely place to stay.

The staff and location are great.

The walls are a little thin and sometimes a little noisy from the other apartments but not a major issue.

Wonderful Riverfront apartment.

It was really handy as it is walking distance to the Mends St Jetty to take a ferry to Elizabeth Quay. Waterfront views are beautiful. It has all the amenities for extended stay. Love that it had laundry facilities.

The fly screen in the Master bedroom needs cleaning.

peaceful city life without the downside of the city.

location is great. A 5 minute stroll to ferry and some very pleasant restaurants. Nice riverside walking path for afternoon walks.

Fabulous location

The location of the apartments is outstanding - close to great restaurants, cafe's, a small upmarket supermarket, shops & the ferry to the city. There are beautiful harbourside walks at the front. I was in room 15 which had a courtyard and although it was very nice there was little sun into the apartment & none into the courtyard which was disappointing. However it was very comfortable with all amenities I needed for a few days.

There was one aspect that really annoyed me and that is that the bed had a quilt with no separate top sheet which meant that in the beautiful warm autumn weather, you had the option of the quilt or nothing unless you did what I did and that was to completely dismantle the quilt arrangement. There was a blanket in the cupboard which had been put in plastic when wet and hence was unusable until I asked that it be changed the next day. The bed making is something that can easily be rectified and I hope that it does happen because there are so many great things about this establishment and I would certainly stay there again.

Amazing location with great views

Overall great location, great apartments but cleaning was a little bit of an issue.

Finding dirty men's socks in the bedroom with areas clearly not been dusted for some time. However everything else was good, the reception staff, the views and location were amazing. I would return.

Great location with incredible views of the river and city skyline!

The location along the South Perth esplanade is hard to beat. It's close to Mends Street and all the shops/cafes/restaurants. And it's a short stroll to catch the ferry into the city. We booked a room with a balcony facing the river and waking up to those beautiful views made our stay so memorable. The room was a decent size, it was clean and comfortable. The staff (reception and cleaning) were friendly and helpful. The free car parking is a real bonus, as was being able to hire bikes on-site.

As others have said, the accommodation is really quite dated. It could definitely benefit from a refresh, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. But we were aware of that when we booked. Given the prime location, I think the outdated interior is a minor niggle. Yes, it could be improved with some more modern touches. But that would obviously push up the price of the accommodation. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Which was the most important thing. If I had to be picky, the fact that there isn't a door separating the bedroom from the kitchen (and a slightly noisy fridge) might be a problem for light sleepers. Oh, and the wi-fi was pretty awful. So much so that we gave up trying to use it. But these sorts of things are just minor criticisms. They certainly didn't spoil our stay.

great location but overpriced for what you get.

the location is great and close to public transport. staff were super helpful.

interior very dated. had ant infestation. no handle to door on balcony. laundry facilities were shared buy cleaning staff so unable to use as was continuously used by them. fridge in apartment was noisy and so close to bedroom made it hard to sleep. Wi-Fi very poor
