Great location right by the beach with a beautiful view (and in good weather, you can even see Les Saintes and Marie-Galante). Extremely kind host and a well-equipped apartment. Exactly what we needed!

A beautiful building and owner with two cute little dogs. Got a driver from the airport that got me to the hotel in no time, through the dark and windy road, my purse dropped out of my bag along the journey, owner called the airport for me, I was upset about losing my purse only for the driver to contact owner two days later that he found it!! So big thank you to Richard. The size of the room was amazing, the shower was great, the open plans, so could watch sunrise/sunset no problem. Lots of stores, bars and restaurants down the street, a store with functioning ATM!
No AC, left all the windows open to help cool the room/myself.

Location: great view of the ocean and easy to walk to a few restaurants and drive to see other sites.
The common area is very much opened to the adjacent guest room, who had most of the cooking equipment, the dining table and the large balcony. Our room had a small balcony. So not much privacy, although the owner was kind to let us eat at the main table near the reception. So book the right room! We were also rudely interrupted by staff at 10pm, during an intimate moment, who came up with flashlight to close a door. Need better communication.
