Both the people working on reception during our stay there were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful

The hotel owner and the staff are amazing. Warm, professional, helpful, they go out of their way to make visitors feel very welcome and like family. An amazing place to stay in a old Victorian style setting that is super affordable value for money. Excellent location, in the city centre next to many French bakeries:), restaurants, the metro, shops, a small park, historical sites. I loved it and will be back, absolutely:).
Abit of traffic if using a car, due to the city planning. Take a metro instead of the taxi or leave earlier, but this shouldn't stop anyone from staying in the hotel. Just nerds proper planning.

Great location for walking. Close to old centre, restaurants, shopping, museums and river boat cruise.
Nothing. It was recently renovated and my room had a modern bathroom. There was no air conditioning but the fan provided was adequate and quiet.

The location is great, near all sightseeings. The room was clean. Small elevator made my life easier to get in with big luggage. The bed was rather comfortable.
There is no AC and it’s the biggest issue during summer time. There is no mini bar or fridge in the room as well. So you can use cold water from breakfast room until it’s available. Breakfast is not my favorite one (2 peace of cheese, croissant, baguette, butter and jam), such breakfast you can find in any cafe around
